"Daffi came to me a bit more than nine years age. At that time, my other dog Putzi, a Lhasa Apso, was still alive."
"Daffi, a West Highland White Terrier, was like a fountain of youth for Putzi. The good-natured old temple dog even let the young “Westi” drag her across the floor by the tail!
When Putzi died, Daffi quickly took her place. The changes in her nature were clear to see. She grew up over night. Daffi knows how to enjoy life. I have never seen a dog lie in the sun with so much pleasure. Daffi loves long walks and is about to set up a new record in long and persistent sniffing.
She is very affectionate and hungry for love, but at the same time full of self-confidence, lust for adventure, and curiosity. She loves challenges and assignments, and she gets them. She is stubborn, but I’m a good match for her in that respect. One of us always gets his or her own way. Resisting her guileless expression – especially when she doesn’t want to obey – is really hard work, though."
